We have up to three desks available in our bright and friendly Digbeth studio. Ideal for small businesses, start-ups, creative industry, freelancers, design, coding/tech, remote working etc.
Sharing with 2-3 very nice other people, the space is on the first floor of this great old building, with big windows, heating, lots of natural light, sofa, a gnome, safe and secure access, building reception and meeting spaces … and you even get a desk and chair!
Easy transport links – just a short walk from the city centre, Birmingham Moor Street and New Street Stations, the Bullring, plus trams and HS2 in 2097.

Rent would be c.£45/week // £180 per month, including internet/wi-fi, desk, storage, electric/heating/water, building reception with free meeting spaces etc. No long-term tie-in or contract. Also potential to pay less and come in for a couple of days a week.
